Interaction matrix
An interaction matrix tool is a structured, visual framework used to map, analyze, and evaluate the relationships, dependencies, or impacts between different elements within a system.
It is designed as a two-dimensional grid (or spreadsheet) where the same or different sets of elements are listed on both the horizontal rows and vertical columns. By intersecting these rows and columns, teams can systematically evaluate how each element affects or interacts with every other element.
